Sony has unleashed the Spider-Man 3 teaser trailer on us. While short (hence, teaser), it looks pretty cool. Kinda gave me chills to see Spider-Man wearing that wicked dark outfit! Forget all the movies set to be released this year; just give me Spider-Man 3 now.

The Motorola Motorola H5 MINIBLUE looks like it just plain rocks. Too bad the Japanese handset makers seem to love to avoid Bluetooth for whatever reason. Probably to force people to shell out another $100 for an accessory that adds a dongle to a phone in order to make it Bluetooth capable.
A man who received a penile implant in order to help combat impotence sustained an erection for 10 years and was awarded $400,000 in a lawsuit over the defective device. “Charles “Chick” Lennon, 68, received the steel and plastic implant in 1996, about two years before Viagra went on the market. The Dura-II is designed to allow impotent men to position the penis upward for sex, then lower it.” Sounds like a pretty horrible experience even though it sounds quite funny. (via)
If the United States government breaks a law they merely change it to match their desires, so that they can continue the previously illegal activity under legal pretenses. This is how bad it has gotten in America; the government has decided that it is above the law.

Lumière et compagnie is a 52 second short by David Lynch, filmed with an original Lumiere camera. This was part of an effort by 40 international directors who were asked to create a short film using the original Cinematographe invented by the Lumière Brothers, working under conditions similar to those of 1895. Apparently there were three rules for completing the project: 1) The film could be no longer than 52 seconds, 2) No synchronized sound was permitted, and 3) No more than three takes allowed. While watching the short clip remember that all the effects are in-camera and there was no cutting allowed between scenes.
