Sony PSP For Sale

After much internal debate and contemplation I have decided that I am going to get rid of my Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP), accessories and all the games I have for it. I simply do not have the time, nor desire, to play games these days. The first couple of months with the PSP were great but lately it just does not feel like a worthwhile investment.

Sony is a company that I used to adore but have come to loathe. Their inability to adapt their business model to the new and brave world of digital media has me really disappointed. I feel that if I use a product of theirs then that means I support their ludicrous management.

This is the same company that installed a rootkit on their customers’ computers and believed it to be acceptable simply because the average consumer does not know what one is. With bumbling idiots like that running Sony, a multi-national company, they are destined for nothing but failure. Collapse is the only visible objective on their horizon.

But I digress; enough of my diatribe on Sony and their foolish management decisions. That is not the point of this post and, more importantly, I do not want to convince others from not partaking in this lovely garage sale of mine!

Without further ado, the following is a list of all the items being sold:

That is a total of 14 games accompanied by the PSP unit itself and a couple extras. I would rather sell this to a friend, hence why I am advertising this here prior to placing these items up for auction on eBay.

I am only interested in selling this as a package deal rather than item by item. For everything, I will gladly depart with it for $700 OBO. If you are really attracted to this deal then please use my contact form to get in touch with me, unless you already know my email address. Only serious inquiries please!

5 chibi.bunny.usagi May 30th, 2006, at 07:39:02

$700 or best offer tehehe.

I still think that the best offer is I just graduated and I am incredibly cute and funny and I need entertainment. Not sure if I really have $700 to spare though…

Although $700 is fair for what I would get, I just don’t have the money.

Does the Japanese version have an English user interface?

9 Scott May 30th, 2006, at 15:17:31

The Japanese version, like the American one, has the ability to change the interface to about 10-15 different languages. English is definitely one of them. :-)

What makes this PSP the Japanese edition then?

11 Scott May 30th, 2006, at 16:40:11

Well, it was bought in Japan as opposed to the US, so that makes it the Japanese edition. ;-)

Makes sense, lol. I wish I had the money for it.

13 Alan May 30th, 2006, at 16:42:44

Not to mention all the packaging and warnings would be in Japanese. lol

I was going to express interest in this, but then I went on a spending spree and bought a DS and two games instead. Whoops.

Hey Scotty too Hotty… good luck on selling this bad boy… I had a lot of fun with mine, just hated playing anywhere in sunlight. Ended up selling mine with 10 games for near your price. Good luck!

DUDE! Why don’t you just get a life and sell the PSP separately if wanted or with you “extra goodies” sell it for whatever price you wanted! And if you don’t believe in Sony why tell us the bad stuff if you WANT us to buy the “bad thing”…or at least that’s what you think!!!
