Share Your OPML is a new project that is a self-described as “commons for sharing outlines, feeds, and taxonomy.” Basically, you upload your OPML and then make use of the community of data in interesting and useful ways. Sounds like a pretty spiffy idea. Hopefully it turns out to be useful.
