9rules Network Round 4 submissions will be for 24 hours starting on May 17, 2006. I wonder if I should even bother applying this time around as the last 2 times I was [obviously] not selected. The selection criteria is so subjective that about the only reason I can ascertain is that one needs to have an uber-sexy design, regardless of how useful or fresh the content is. Anyhow, what do you think?
