Freedom of Speech vs. Patented Speech is a thought provoking piece by Michael Crichton. This is an interesting case to follow, especially now that it is at the Supreme Court level.

Yes, interesting…I have been following this case for quite some time, and it will be interesting to see the resulting decision/s.

I guess suppose doctors could be considered in violation, because of mentioning this very fact to their patients.
