FeedLounge pricing announced. Really looking forward to trying out this online feed reader as I have about had it up to “here” with Bloglines and their shoddy performance and lack of features.

[...] This week they announced their pricing. Yes, you have to pay for this feedreader! Seems like FeedLounge is quite confident about their service, they charge $5/month or $49.95/year. Next monday will be the initial public release of FeedLounge (via jarkolicious.com). This entry was posted on Thursday, January 12th, 2006 and is filed under RSS Readers. Is there a reason you can’t just use Safari? It works well, is neat, intergrated and doesn’t clog up your system or desktop.
Just a thought but there are a whole bunch out there that I hear are really good. Me, I’m sticking with old faithful.
Looks too much like Outlook for me–brings back all these horrible memories. XD I’ve disliked Bloglines of late, though, too. Yet, everything I’ve tried has been less than perfect. I thought Pluck cut it for a while, but I hate the fact that they don’t use Javascript or AJAX folders/subfolders. The frame they use reloads EVERY time you click on it–drives me insane. Rojo’s an interface mess. >_>
I was never a big fan of Bloglines, so I have used NewsGatorOnline for at least a year now and I really like it. Plus it is free, and that is always a good thing.
