Rear Admiral Kelly assumes command of U.S. Naval Forces Japan. He used to be Commander Carrier Group 5, which is based out of Yokosuka, and apparently liked Japan enough to stay here and move in to the second-most senior Naval position in Japan. ITSCFE works closely with CNFJ so it will be interesting to see how the change affects our relationship.
elfURL is like tinyURL except with stats, tags and more. Sounds promising!
Google Maps plug-in for Address Book. Now this is a handy little plug-in! Though I am in Japan I probably will not get the opportunity to use it as often as I would like it still is a useful addition nonetheless.

Cool OSX apps. I have never heard of the majority of the applications that they have listed so this will become a good site to hit every now and again.
