camera day
today i get that camera shoved down my throat. in a matter of moments i will be departing for the hospital, to see exactly what is wrong with my stomach. my guess - an ulcer (probably caused from stress related to deviantART!). we’ll see. i’ll keep everyone posted.

saw Lord of the Rings last night. all i can say is that it was one of the best movies ever. wonderful adaptation of J.R. Tolkien’s story; breathtaking scenery; beautiful special effects; exceptionally visual. if this does not win the Best Movie Academy Award then i will be quite surprised.

hard to believe that we are at 1400+ submissions a day lately. with all that the site has been through over the course of the last year and a half its just crazy to see this.
what is crazier is the number of uniques and pages that we serve daily. its a hell of alot higher than we previously thought. i will not say exactly what our stats are but i will tell you that we served over 2 terabytes of bandwidth last month.
going to see LOTR in a sneak preview tonight. the movie does not open in japan until next week but we are going to go hit it up tonight. been wanting to see this baby - cant wait!

guess i can update this journal seeing as its been over 10 days since the last one; 10 days since the release of DAv2.
do not really have much to say at this point other than that not only am i working on DA, specifically, but working on a nifty addition to deviantART: devartPsycho, which will, more than likely, be renamed to something else. trying to “update it” to offer some new features and whatnot. we’ll see how that goes.
still tired from all the coding on DAv2…you have NO clue how much goes in to this site!…

DAv2 is finally unleashed on the eagerly awaiting public after a “36 hours” delay.
